How do I get a NZeTA?

All eligible nationals can apply for their New Zealand ETA visa online on our website. To apply for an ETA all visitors planning to visit or transit New Zealand must hold a valid passport, a credit card to pay the visa fees and an email address, which will be used to send you the confirmation of your ETA and your ETA reference number.

In the application form, applicants must provide their personal information as it appears in their passport – full names, birth date, place of birth, passport nationality, passport number and passport expiry date. Additionally, applicants will be required to provide their previous names if applicable. At the end of the application form, one will be required to answer some standard background questions.

Once the application form has been filled you will be redirected to the checkout page where you will have to use your credit card to pay the visa fees. After the successful payment, you will receive your order confirmation email with a 6-digit order number assigned to you. Shortly after the payment, we will receive your order and start working on your ETA. You should receive the final result within 24-48 hours from the submission, note that in some cases the process might take longer.
